Mono Calcium Phosphate (M250)
A white, granular, free-flowing powder which complies with the specifications of the Food Chemicals Codex. Each particle has a continuous coating of relatively insoluble phosphate which delays solution in aqueous liquids.
Uses: Food leavening acid for self-rising flour, self-rising corn meal, pancake flour and prepared cake and muffin mixes.
