Due to the notifications from our vendors regarding possible risk of cross-contamination from agricultural and processing practices, the following products may come in contact with Wheat, Rye, Barley, Oats, Triticale, Kamut, Spelt, and their hybridized strains. These include but are not limited to all of the processed products derived from or that contains: Mustard Seeds. The risk of cross-contamination will be noted on our respective specifications. Please be aware that per Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (FALCPA), FDA recommends that: “… FALCPA’s labeling requirements do not apply to major food allergens that are unintentionally added to a food as the result of cross-contact. In the context of food allergens, ‘cross-contact’ occurs when a residue or other trace amount of an allergenic food is unintentionally incorporated into another food that is not intended to contain that allergenic food.
