Natural Whole Dry Roasted California SSR 27/30 (1113)

Natural Dry Roasted Almonds are hulled and shelled almonds that have been passed through a drying oven to reduce the moisture level to below 3% with a resulting change in flavor and texture. The product may be vacuum packed and gas flushed with nitrogen to extend the shelf life. They have been selected and cleaned to individual product specification including but not limited to variety, size and grade of the product. Good manufacturing practices are observed throughout the entire production and storage period.
