Natural Dry Roasted Almonds are hulled and shelled almonds that have been passed through a drying oven to reduce the moisture level to below 3% with a resulting change in flavor and texture. The product may be vacuum packed, and gas flushed with nitrogen to extend the shelf life. Good manufacturing practices are observed throughout the entire production.
