NLW Eggless Egg Replacer (6427)
NLW is designed to completely replace whole eggs - fresh, frozen or powdered. NLW can be used as a total whole egg replacer in breads, sweet doughs, bagels and cookies.
NLW can also partially replace whole eggs in cakes (up to 30%).
Shelf-life: 6 Months from date of manufacture. STORAGE: Store in a cool (45-80 degrees), dry area away from strong odors. PACK SIZE: 50 lb. bag, 40 bags per pallet.
Allergen: Wheat
NLW Product #6427 is not derived from genetically modified materials.
