Produced via expeller pressing without the use of chemical solvents, such as hexane, it is available in both organic and non-GMO varieties. This functional soy protein has a high Protein Dispersibility Index (PDI) and is ideal for applications such as cookies, crackers, cereals, beverages, extruded products, and as a base for soy protein concentrates.
