NONFAT DRY MILK-LOW HEAT (PC6302)

Milk products produced at DairyAmerica, Inc. member facilities are dairy products and therefore contain milk proteins that are considered to be allergens. Milk powders produced do not contain any of the following: soy, egg, wheat, peanut, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans, mustard,sulfite, and sesame. Questionnaires are sent to all ingredient suppliers to evaluate potential hazards in their processes to assure that ingredients used at t he member facilities are not at risk. Employees are trained in allergen awareness. This includes the importance of washing their hands after eating and proper disposal of food from the lunch room to prevent allergen contamination.
