Cooked Yellow Pea Grits can be used as an ingredient in bakery items, dips, dry soup mixes, extruded snacks and as natural thickener or meat binder. Since pre-gelled, they reconstitute in just 5 minutes with a product yield comparable to other prepared bean grits. Yellow pea grits are tan to light yellow in color and have a mild to bland pea like flavor.
