European Union (EU) Food Contact – Regulation 1935/2004/EC and (EU) No. 10/2011 and amendments, most recent amendment No. 2020/1245 (September 2020) The manufacture of this product complies with the relevant requirements in Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004. Migration testing has been carried out for the product, where according to Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, the heavy metal content (I.e. aluminium, barium, cobalt, copper, iron, lithium, manganese, nickel and zinc) tested in the migration testing are fall within the regulated limit. 2. Malaysia Food Regulation 1985 The manufacture of this product complies with the relevant requirements of Malaysia Food Regulation 1985 Part VI Packages for Food, applicable to packages food packaging. No harmful materials are being used in the food packaging production. Only food contact materials are being used to direct package the food packaging.
