Peanut Import and Distribution hereby notifies all whom it may concern that these products ARE SOURCED FROM PEANUTS AND, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY WARRANTED TO BE FREE OF ALLERGENS, CONTAIN PEANUT ALLERGENS. Peanut Import and Distribution draws attention to all its clients that there are persons who are allergic to peanuts, among whom there is a small number of persons who are morbidly allergic. It is required that all customers of Peanut Import and Distribution who purchase these ingredients list the words PEANUT somewhere on the ingredient label or, lacking that, then in some other prominent place on the packaging in order to notify the consumer that the product contains ingredients that come from a facility where peanuts are processed. Peanut Import and Distribution further notifies all whom it may concern that the factories producing the above products process only peanuts and are therefore FREE OF ALL NON-PEANUT ALLERGENS.
