De-Hy Technologies is a wheat-free, gluten-free, peanut-free, tree-nut free and both kosher and organic certified facility. All products manufactured by De-Hy Technologies are subject to our HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) program, which identifies critical points in product that inherently lend to contamination issues (including cross-contamination) & food safety issues. Key elements in the program include: - Management training of personnel - Review of raw material purchasing through supplier approval program - Processing GMP and Sanitation practices by lot - Labeling of materials - Storage of finished products in a controlled area - Lab testing with internal labs for allergens such as gluten validated by external 3rd party labs annually. - Annual review and process change reviews of food safety programs The most common food allergens are wheat, soy, eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish & shellfish. De-Hy Technologies products do not contain or use these allergens in processing.
