Organic date paste (Organic date paste)

Tunisian Paste of dates is produced from Deglet Nour date (Phoenix Dactylifera-L), harvested at the appropriate state of maturity, fumigated by freezing, sorted, cleaned, treated, grinded, and packed in suitable packaging, ensuring preservation and protection of the product from humidity and organoleptic change. The box passes through a calibrated electronic metal detector. The product shall comply with requirements of food safety act, international standard, other pertinent legislation, in order to ensure conformity and quality.
