Organic Dried Goldenberries (GN-WRS-OS)

Organic Dried Goldenberries (Physalis peruviana, “aguaymanto”) are produced from 100% Peruvian goldenberries, processed at our Chiclayo facility. The product consists of bright orange–yellow whole berries, 1–2 cm in diameter, with a wrinkled surface, mildly sweet citrus-like aroma, tart-sweet flavor with a touch of acidity, and a chewy, granular texture. The production process includes raw material selection, cape removal, washing, dehydration, cooling, bagging, and metal detection. No additives, sulfites, or preservatives are used. Goldenberries are rich in vitamins, fiber, and natural antioxidants, making them a nutritious ingredient for health-focused diets. They are widely used in trail mixes, granola, cereals, yogurts, bakery products, smoothies, nutritional bars, and functional foods. Certified Organic (NOP & EU), BRC AA, and Kosher, the product meets strict international food safety standards. Shelf life is 24 months when stored at 5–25°C and below 70% relative humidity.
