Organic Dried Goldenberry Chunks (GN-ZRS-OS)

Organic Dried Goldenberry Chunks are made from 100% Peruvian goldenberries (Physalis peruviana), sourced from smallholder farms in Cajamarca and processed at our Chiclayo facility. The product consists of small to medium irregular pieces with a bright yellow-orange color, a naturally fruity aroma, and a sweet-tart flavor profile. Their chewy texture and subtle crunch from seeds make them versatile in multiple applications. Goldenberry chunks are produced through selection, cape removal, washing, cutting, dehydration, cooling, and packing with metal detection. No additives, sulfites, preservatives, or artificial ingredients are used. Suitable as a snack or for use in smoothies, yogurts, trail mixes, energy bars, baked goods, sauces, and beverages, offering a tangy fruit boost with high nutritional value. Certified Organic, BRC AA, and Kosher, product supports health-focused diets and meets strict international quality and safety standards. Shelf life is 24 months under recommended storage (5–25°C, <70% RH).
