Organic Dried Mango Cheeks produced by Off the Tree S de RL de CV at our facility in San Blas, Nayarit, Mexico. Single ingredient dehydrated fruit made from Kent variety mangoes. No preservatives, no added sugar, no sulfur, no sulfites, no colorings, no additives. Ready to eat. Cheek cut pieces measuring 2 inches to 5 inches in length by 1 inch to 4 inches in width (target 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches). Amber to brownish orange in color with a sweet, slightly sour flavor characteristic of properly processed mature mango and a pleasant chewable texture. Moisture 10 to 16 percent (target 13 to 14 percent). Water activity less than 0.65. General defects 5 percent maximum. No foreign material allowed. Packed in food grade polyethylene bags inside 20 lb cardboard cases (2 bags of 10 lb each), 80 cases per pallet.
