Organic Figs (Organic Figs)

Our factory have SO2 (Sulphur Dioxide) as allergen ( <2000/3000 ppm ) in Product (Sulpured Apricots), in other products manufactured on the same line in the same manufacturing plant. When sulphured products are processed, no- allergen products are made first. Effective cleaning in between productions is defined. Allergenic materials are stored separately from non-allergenic materials in the designated storage areas. The outside laboratory tests are applied for final products to verify that there is no allergen contamination. It has been verified that there was no SO2 detected in the product. The allergen declared on the product label and product specification. Awareness program on allergens were performed and staff training records for the same were documented.
