Organic & Non-GMO High PDI Low Fat Soy Flour is a high-protein ingredient with a complete amino acid profile. Produced via expeller pressing without the use of chemical solvents, such as hexane, it is available in both organic and non-GMO varieties. This functional soy protein has a high Protein Dispersibility Index (PDI) and is ideal for applications such as cookies, crackers, cereals, beverages, extruded products, and as a base for soy protein concentrates.
