Organic hulled farro 10kg (B006DEC10)
Farro is Luzi's main product and the most of the lands are cultivated to this cereal. Triticum dicoccum is the most widespread species of farro in the Mediterranean, progenitor of the current durum wheat, it is dressed, rustic wheat, and it adapts to poor soils and lends itself well to organic cultivation. Its use is wide and is suitable for pasta making.
Luzi takes care of every phase of production: from the selection and cleaning of the seeds, to the agricultural phase, to storage, processing and packaging of the finished product.
Ingredients: farro from organic farming.
It contains GLUTEN/WHEAT and it may contains SOYBEANS and MUSTARD
