Organic White Quinoa (501001)

Royal Quinoa (Chenopodiun Quinoa, Wild) is called a “pseudo cereal” due to its high carbohydrate contents, mainly consisting of starch (60 -70%). It is thus consumed as a cereal but is gluten-free. This is a grain with high nutritive value that has been grown in the Andean region for more than thousand years. White organic quinoa crops are highly resistant to the main adverse a-biotic factors such as drought, frost and saline soils, such properties contributing to make it a competitive and high-quality food in comparison to other cereals.
