Water soluble Organic Baker's Yeast Extract from pure cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae elaborated specifically for production of flavor enhancers. As a flavoring ingredient, it enhances natural flavors occuring in foods and contributes with distinct savory notes, while serving as a flavor precursor for foods which will be heated. This yeast extract is manufactured using only natural ingredients and controlling carefully the processes of the lysis. This is not sourced by genetically modified organisms, besides raw materials are NO-GMO certificate. During processing the product has not been exposed to this radiation or ionization. No preservatives.
