Original Pearl Sugar Waffles (Original)
Liège waffles are special because they are made with pearl sugar mixed into a rich, yeasted dough. This sugar caramelizes when the waffles are cooked, so they are crunchy and sweet on the outside, buttery and flakey on the inside.
Because they require no syrup and toppings are optional, our Waffly Good Waffles make the perfect snack for people on the go. But they can also be enjoyed at leisure with your favorite cup of coffee or tea.
