OU Kosher Raisin Juice Concentrate (RA70630JC)

Raisin Juice Concentrate is a pure extract of California raisins, prepared by leaching (soaking) the raisins with water in several stages to produce “raisin juice”. The juice is clarified and then sent to a vacuum pan, where the water is evaporated to obtain desired 70 degrees brix syrup of raisin soluble solids, which is self preserving. All raisin juice concentrate is manufactured to meet standard of 70 degrees brix +/- 1.0 (percent minimum natural, fruit soluble solids).
