PEAR JUICE CONC. 70 BRIX (CTPR015 -701857)

Pear juice is produced by careful mechanical processing of fresh, ripe and clean pears, in order to preserve the typical characteristics of the fruit. No sweeteners, colourants, antioxidants or preservatives are used. The pears are washed, sorted, grinded and pressed making use of mash enzymes. Subsequently the aroma is evaporated under vacuum. The aroma stripped juice is treated enzymatically (pectolytic/amylolytic), fined, filtrated, concentrated to 70 °Brix and stored refrigerated under low germ conditions.
