Organic Pear Puree Single Strength Aseptic (100598)
Pear Puree Single Strength is prepared from clean, sound, fresh or chilled pears (Pyrus communis). The pears are washed, culled, milled, pureed with the appropriate screen, then aseptically processed and packaged. Ascorbic acid can be used in the processing to prevent enzymatic browning of the product.
