Pectin Classic AS 507 (101282)

Pectin Classic AS 507 is a high methylester pectin (degree of esterification 56 - 65 %) which is standardized with potassium sodium tartrate, polyphosphate and sucrose to constant rheological properties. Pectins are produced from freshly harvested, juiced and gently dried apples or citrus fruits. Pectin consists mainly of the partial methyl esters of polygalacturonic acid and their sodium, potassium, calcium and ammonium salts.
