Authentic Vietnamese flavors like black cardamom, star anise, cinnamon and Szechwan peppercorns are blended into an easy-to-use powder which can be stirred into any type of broth to create an intensely aromatic bowl of Vietnamese pho soup.
Spices, Salt, Sugar, Cabbage extract powder (Maltodextrin, sugar, cabbage extract, corn oil), Onion, Garlic, Contains 2% or less of Ascorbic acid, Lime leaves.
