PHYLIA® CYS is a product very rich in reducing elements. The various inactive dry yeasts (LSI) give
PHYLIA® CYS a strong power to protect white and rosé musts from oxidation and white and rosé
musts against oxidation and contributes to the prevention of premature aging premature ageing
in wines for ageing. It also releases nutrients naturally present in yeast products into the medium,
thus facilitating fermentation.
