PINEAPPLE RINGS, UNSWEETENED (F10)

Named by European explorers for their resemblance to a pinecone, pineapples are native to Central America. Over time, they were brought to Southeast Asia, the Pacific Islands, South Africa and Madagascar, as well as Hawaii, which today is regarded as producing some of the best pineapple in the world.
Pineapple is an excellent source of manganese and vitamin C, and it also contains bromelain, an enzyme that helps to break down protein, promoting healthy digestion.
