In Council Directive 2003/89/EC, amending Council Directive 2000/13/EC, a list of substances, recommended by the Scientific Committee of Foods, has been included in the Annex, which may induce allergic reactions to certain persons. These ingredients are: Cereals containing gluten and products thereof; Crustaceans and products thereof, Eggs and products thereof; Fish and products thereof, Peanuts and products thereof; Soybeans and products thereof; Milk and products thereof (including lactose); Nuts and products thereof; Celery and products thereof; Mustard and products thereof; Sesame seeds and products thereof; Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations of more than 10 ppm (as SO2). In addition, commission Directive 2006/142/EC, of 22 December 2006, also amending Com.Dir2000/13/EC, has added the following to the list of ingredients causing possible allergenic reactions. These are: Lupin and products thereof, as well as Mollucs and products thereof We can confirm that none of the above-mentioned substances are used as ingredients or additives in our products The following substances, with possible allergenic properties are not present either Antioxidants; Azo colours including Tartrazine; Benzoic acid and products thereof; Cinnamon, Cocoa and products thereof; Glutamates; Maize and products thereof; Vanillin, Carrots and Coriander.
