We hereby declare that all raw materials and additives used in the products produced by our company conform to: * EU Directives/Regulations: Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and amending by Regulation (EU) 2011/1282, (EU) 2012/1183, (EU) 2014/202, (EU) 2015/174, (EU) 2016/1416, (EU) 2017/752, (EU) 2018/79, (EU) 2018/213, (EU) 2018/831 and (EU) 2019/37. * 1935/2004 Framework regulation on plastic materials & articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs as defined under GMP 2023/2006 for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. * EU Directive EC/94/62 Packaging and Packaging Waste. * FDA Regulations: 21 CFR 177.1520 (Polyethylene), 21 CFR 177.1360 (EVOH), 21 CFR 175.105 (Adhesives), 21 CFR 175.1500 (Polyamide), 21 CFR 177.1330 (Ionomer), 21 CFR 177.1350 (EVA),21 CFR 177.1570 (Polybutylene) and 21 CFR 177.1630 (Polyethylene phthalate). * We hereby confirm that our products don’t contain above 0.1% any of the substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) of the REACH Statement, updated on the 19th of January 2021. * Based on our knowledge and declarations of our raw materials suppliers, we declare that the products manufactured don’t contain the substances: BPA (Bisphenol A), BPS (Bisphenol S), BPF (Bisphenol F), BADGE (Bisphenol A diglycidyl ether), BFDGE (Bisphenol F diglycidyl ether), Heavy Metals, Nano particles, Melamine, Phthalates, Allergens substances except for substances whose concentration are permitted under the restrictions of EU 10/2011 and REACH-SVHC standards.
