Porcine Gelatin - 275 Bloom 40 Mesh (HH-016.1)

The gelatin sold by Custom Collagen contains 100% gelatin and the collagen sold by Custom Collagen, Inc. contains 100% collagen. There are no additives or preservatives. Gelatin, by nature, contains up to 12.0% moisture and 2.0% ash. Our collagen contains up to 8% moisture. All our products are produced and stored under cGMP as defined in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations. All Custom Collagen products are shipped in a manner that maintains the integrity of the products for human consumption. Furthermore, our gelatin is given G.R.A.S. (Generally Regarded as Safe) status per 21 C.F.R. 170.3, and has been tested to meet the necessary requirements for use in human food. All Custom Collagen packaging complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR.177.1520.
