Powder AntiSetoff LD700 Coated (SU45.POWDERLD70030)
Saphira® Anti Setoff Spray Powder are granules that function like ball bearings between freshly printed substrates, which temporarily provide a cushion between the wet ink film and the back of the following sheet.
All our spray powders are manufactured from blends of food grade corn, tapioca and potato starches and are acceptable for use in food packaging. They all comply with the Code of Federal Regulations# 21 CFR 176.130, 21 CFR 176.170, 21 CFR 178.3400. This powder would not be considered an allergen, as it does not contain any of the eight allergens that may potentially produce severe, life-threatening, reactions to sensitive individuals. This material is also considered gluten free, as it does not contain wheat starch. These products comply with CONEG regulations and California Proposition 65. All our starches must pass the following test methods: The corn refiner’s association test standards for pH and Moisture. Particle size is measured using US Standard sieves and is reported as a% of the sample weight. Microbiological methods used are from the FDA Bacteriological Analytical Methods.
