Cannoli Shell: bleached enriched flour (wheat flour, iron, thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, and folic acid), unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley and potassium bromate), Chablis (contains sulfates), sugar, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, eggs, water, dutch cocoa (processed with alkali), cinnamon, salt,-lemon juice, FD & C yellow #5 and #G and dextrose. Cannoli Cream: ricotta cheese (pasteurized whey, whole milk, cream, starter and salt), sugar, water, koko bits (sugar, partially hydrogenated palm oil, cocoa processed with alkali, dextrose and soy lecithin), corn starch-modified, whey, salt, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (canola, coconut, soybean and/or palm kernel oils), corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), dipotassium dioxide, SSL, lecithin, artificial colors and flavors. Topping: pistachio, cannoli shell, water, corn syrup, glycerne, FD&C colors yellow5 & blue1, sugar, modified food starch, sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate (as preservatives), vegetable gums and citric acid.
