PROKOTE 5500 (2540)
ProKote® 5500 contains soy derived phosphatide complex, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, propylene glycol and dimethylpolysiloxane. tert-butylhydroquinone and citric acid serve as a preservative complex. This soy lecithin blend contains high HLB surface active ingredients and is therefore suitable for spraying onto whey protein to aid in water dispersibility. ProKote® 5500 is manufactured in conformity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). All ProKote® products are certified Kosher Pareve and Halal.
