We hereby confirm that, to the best of our knowledge, our product Propylene Glycol USP (“Indorama Ventures Product”) is wholly derived from raw materials of mineral and/or synthetic origin, and materials of vegetable or animal origin are not, to the best of our knowledge, intentionally introduced in the manufacturing or processing of Propylene Glycol USP. Under various environmental protection and product safety regulations, directives, standards and initiatives “intentionally introduced” means deliberately utilised during the manufacture of the components and/or for the formulation of a material or component where its continued presence is desired in the final product to provide a specific property, appearance or quality.
