PURE DARK CHOCOLATE 80% (KCB-002-MC)
This smooth, creamy 80% dark chocolate brings a unique richness and depth, unlike anything you’ve experienced. Dark cherry notes, in the beginning, give way to blackberry on the finish. How do we make this happen? We conche our chocolate for up to 50 hours. This releases the subtle floral notes of the cacao and removes traces of bitterness often characteristic of dark chocolate.
