It is clean and palatable, contains no foreign matter, and is manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice. POWDER Appearance A beaded powder of uniform yellow-green color. Composition Spray-dried Tea Solids, extract of pure Camellia Sinensis. Green tea is an all natural product which characteristic may change depending upon the climate. Thus, setting strict standards may not be possible to adhere to. Moisture No sample shall exceed 6% moisture by weight (wet basis) at the time of Content packing. Caffeine The Caffeine content shall be between 3.0 to 6.0%. Polyphenol The Polyphenol content shall be a minimum of 30%. Ash The Ash content shall not exceed 15%. Bulk Density The vibrated (packed) Bulk Density at the point of manufacture shall be between 450 and 600 g/L. Particle Size The product shall be free of lumps and excessive dust. Shelf Life 2 years from date of manufacture in original unopened condition Micro- The Standard Plate Count shall be less than 1000 cfu/gm. and Yeast & biology Mold less than 100 cfu/gm.Coliform shall be less than 10 cfu/gm and Salmonella and E coli shall be absent. BEVER- Solubility There shall be no undissolved floating material or sediment after AGE sufficient stirring in water at 10ºC. Box is identified with Unit Number, Product Code, and Date Code (mmddyy) Pallet There are 24 boxes(1200lbs net) on a pallet.
