ALLERGEN POLICY INTERAMSA COMERCIAL SAC POLICY STATEMENT: t INTERAMSA COMERCIAL SAC we are committed to the quality, safety, legality and authenticity of food and the well-being of our customers. We recognize the importance of proper allergen management in our production processes and marketed products. This policy is intended to establish guidelines and procedures to prevent cross-contact of allergens in our products. APPLICATION AREA: This policy applies to all operations related to the Food Quality and Safety Culture Plan (Production) and Marketed Products (Brazil nuts). COMMITMENTS: 1. Identification of Allergens: We will identify and maintain an updated list of all allergenic products, in accordance with local and international regulations, although products recognized as allergens are not processed on the production lines, but there is knowledge regarding allergenic foods. . (peanuts, shellfish, dairy, mustard, sesame, lupine, eggs, gluten, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, celery, soy, sulfur dioxide and sulfur) 2. Control of marketed products: Procedures will be implemented to ensure that marketed products (Brazil nuts) that contain allergens are stored and handled properly. We will establish clear specifications for our suppliers of marketed products regarding allergen management. A “marketed product” is considered one that enters as a finished product, with its final packaging. where only the activity of receiving finished product, inspection, storage of finished product and dispatch is carried out. 3. Physical Separation: In our storage facilities we will maintain the physical separation of allergenic products sold (Brazil nuts). This includes storage areas and control utensils. 4. Clear Labeling: Our products will carry clear and complete labels that identify Brazil nuts as an allergenic product. 5. Staff training: All staff working in the production and marketing of our products will receive regular training on allergens and the importance of preventing cross contact. 6. External Communication: We will inform our customers about the presence of allergens (Brazil nuts) through clear labels and, when necessary, special communications. 7. Monitoring and Review: We will establish a monitoring system to ensure compliance with this policy. Additionally, we will periodically review this policy to ensure that it is up to date and effective. 8. Complaint management: We will implement procedures to handle allergen-related complaints quickly and effectively. 9. Legal Compliance: We will comply with all local and international regulations and laws related to the management of food allergens. RESPONSIBILITIES: • The senior management of Interamsa Comercial is responsible for ensuring that this policy is implemented and complied with in all areas of the company. • Operational level personnel must comply with the guidelines established in this policy and communicate any concerns or deviations to management. EFFECTIVE DATE: This policy is effective as of the date of its approval and will be reviewed annually or as necessary to ensure its effectiveness and continued compliance.
