Beet Juice Concentrate contains the water soluble color pigments and sugars from beets. Color stability and pH control are maintained by the addition of citric acid and / or ascorbic acid. Ultrafiltration of Beet Juice Concentrate provides a bright, clear red to reddish purple hue, with no off-odors or off-flavors.
