Red Mole Paste (FG002)
Traditional mole paste made and packaged in Oaxaca, Mexico with 28 all natural ingredients. It is produced in small batches under ancestral culinary practices such as slow toasting and volcanic stone grinding. Simply add water or broth, heat and serve. Available in retail and food service presentations.
Ingredients: Guajillo chilli, ancho rojo chilli, chilhuacle rojo chilli, pasilla mexicano chilli, mulato chilli, plantain, canola oil, peanuts, pure cane sugar, rosemary, sesame seeds, onion, raisins, garlic, organic sea salt, cocoa beans, cumin, pumpkin seeds, black pepper, walnuts, almonds, cinnamon, dried avocado leaves, thyme, anise, oregano, clove, citric acid. Does not contain artificial colors or flavors.
Contains: Almonds, walnuts, peanuts.
