Red Pepper-Ground-30HU (0300-01-Z-11295)

This product consists of dehydrated, ground, selected chili peppers. Minor adjustments, for standardization of pungency and color values may be made with suitable capsicum. A maximum of 2.0% silicon dioxide may be added as an anti-caking agent. The ground red peppers are treated with a maximum of 100ppm Ethoxyquin as an anti-oxidant.
