All Raspberry Juice/Concentrate are made from 100$ raspberries. Processing & Filter Aids are required to clarify all raspberry Juices & concentrates. these include up to 0.045% of an NOP pectinase, up to 0.045% of an NOP amylase and up to 2.5% filter Aid. Enzymes are deactivated and removed from final product.
