RICH FLAVORMAX PWD (043322)
Natural product obtained from yeast extracts from pure cultures of baker´s yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is a powder product of low sodium line, yellow and completely soluble in water. It has a profile with predominant impact of umami perception, FlavourMax also significantly reduces the sodium content in the final product and masks the perception of some bad notes.
This product is not sourced from genetically modified organisms.
