River Valley RTE Organic Hulled Hemp Seeds, produced by River Valley Specialty Farms is a natural food- grade, protein-rich nut, removed from the organic hemp seed. Hemp seeds are grown by River Valley Specialty Farms and other approved farms on the Canadian Prairies. River Valley RTE Hulled Hemp Seeds are pasteurized through the Gentle Processing™ method, which enables a 5-log reduction, guarantees pathogen-free raw material, and enables applications for RTE (Ready to Eat) formulations. Hulled Hemp Seeds are small, round, soft nuts, mainly cream in color with green specks, with a light nutty flavour. Hulled hemp seeds can be used as nutritious ingredients and protein additives in baking, breakfast and smoothie blends, salads and snack toppings, non-dairy beverages, and various confectionary applications.
