This product is elaborated from organic Cucurbita moschata, (butternut squash / anco pumpkin) Fresh vegetable is cultivated following certified Good Agricultural Practices and processed under Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and BRC v.9 certification. The vegetable is peeled, washed, cubed, blanched, selected and frozen individually. Immediately it is packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes with polyethylene inner bag, and stored under -18ºC.
