Rustic 8 Grain Loaf (02425)

A hearth-baked loaf made with whole grain ingredients, seeds, La Brea Bakery starter and a touch of honey. Formerly known as the Wholegrain Loaf, the recipe remains the same, only the name is new. The flavor profile is that of a mildly sweet multigrain bread and the aroma is combination of toasted grain and seed notes and yeast fermentation. This dark brown loaf is oval shaped (flat on the side where it is baked on the hearth) and has one distinct cut on the top. The bottom of the loaf is lightly dusted with semolina. The interior is soft with a liberal dispersion of grains and seeds throughout. Distributed as parbaked and frozen, ready to be final baked and served.
