Product milled from cleaned wheat of sound quality. This flour is processed through a proprietary heat
treatment process to provide a product that provides functionality and a reduced microbial profile.
This product shall be food grade and in compliance with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938 as
amended and applicable regulations thereunder. As described in our Continuing Guaranty, we adhere to the
U.S. Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended. Product is sifted prior to packing (bag) or loading
(bulk).
