Our HACCP Plans follow the recommendations contained within the FDA Fish & Fisheries Products Hazards & Controls Guidance.
Products that are manufactured at Pier Fish follow the allergen and sanitation protocols and are under the umbrella of our GFSI, BAP, MSC USDC, USDA Programs.
