Scamorza (S)

Mild buttery flavor with an elastic texture when young, becoming smooth and dense in texture as it ages. Available plain or lightly smoked over pecan shells. A great melting cheese. Hand-formed into 3/4 lb balls and waxed. Our SCAMORZA won 1st place at the American Cheese Society in Richmond and was recognized as 1 of the 46 BEST CHEESES IN THE WORLD by Culture Magazine.
