The IQF seasoned roasted product shall have a typical roasted color and appearance, exhibiting some blistering and/or slight browning on the edge. The product is lightly seasoned with a blend of rosemary and other spices. The skin-on redskin potato chunks shall meet USDA Grade A requirements.
